User Data Deletion

At DreamWeave Oracle, we respect your right to control your personal data. You can request the deletion of all data associated with your account at any time.

What Data We Delete

Upon a verified deletion request, we will permanently remove:

Your account profile (name, email address)
All dream journal entries and associated data
AI-generated analyses, images, and art pieces
Your posts and comments in the Dreaming Commons
Your social connections (friends, follows)
Your subscription and billing history (payment records held by Stripe are subject to Stripe's own retention policies)

How to Request Deletion

You can request deletion of your data in one of two ways:

Option 1: Email Request

Send an email to support@dreamweaveoracle.com with:

Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
Your registered email address
A brief confirmation that you wish to delete all your data

Option 2: In-App (if available)

If your account settings include a "Delete Account" option, you may initiate deletion directly from within the app. This will immediately begin the deletion process.

Processing Time

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been fully deleted.

Facebook-Connected Accounts

If you connected to DreamWeave Oracle via Facebook Login, submitting a data deletion request here will remove all data we hold. Note that this does not affect your Facebook account itself. To revoke DreamWeave Oracle's permissions on Facebook, visit Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites and remove DreamWeave Oracle from there as well.
